Deposits in cryptocurrencies will be shown as soon as there are enough confirmations in their respective blockchains.
Bitcoin: 3 confirmations
Ethereum: 30 confirmations
Litecoin: 4 confirmations
Binance Coin: 30 confirmations.

  1. First you have to submit your banking information and input the bank account in which you want to receive your pesos.
    a) Log in to your Kapytal Account.
    b) Go to profile and submit your banking information and input the bank account in which you want to receive your pesos.
    You’ll have to: Inpute a nickname for your bank account, state the banking institution’s name, name of the bank account holder and provide the interbank CLABE code for the account.
  2. Withdrawal requests:
    a) In your Kapytal Profile, go to the wallet tab.
    b) Select MXN or Mexican Pesos and click con the “withdraw” button.
    c) Choose the registered bank account that you want to send your pesos to.
    d) Input the amount you wish to withdraw. The amount has to be the same or less than the total available in Mexican Pesos in your account.
